Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking a Rigless Drilling Operations Foreman to supervise rigless drilling, well completion, and workover activities at remote onshore and offshore sites. You will ensure safe, efficient execution of well programs in line with approved procedures and Saudi Aramco requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, contractor oversight, and the ability to optimize costs while maintaining safety and well objectives on a 28-days-on / 28-days-off rotation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in rigless drilling, well completion, or well workover operations.
• Strong knowledge of well-site safety, BOP requirements, drilling/workover procedures.
• Experience with Saudi Aramco standards and procedures is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise rigless drilling, well completion, and workover operations at remote onshore and offshore locations.
• Ensure operations are performed safely and in accordance with approved well programs, SOPs, and industry standards.
• Coordinate contractors, services, equipment, logistics, and site support for operations.
• Maintain daily reports and monitor progress, costs, and contractor compliance.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising safety or well objectives.
