Job summary

Eslbar, Inc. in Saudi Arabia seeks a skilled Rig Mechanic Equipment Operator for drilling amp workover operations. You will operate and maintain diesel/electric rig components, with emphasis on Top Drive systems, and supervise crew on remote field sites.

Fluent English is required; Arabic is a plus. Willingness to live in isolated drilling camps and hold a valid Saudi or international driving license is essential. This on-site role offers challenging, hands-on work in a harsh environment.

Qualifications

At least 2 years operating and maintaining diesel/electric rig components (Top Drive preferred).
Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, spare parts catalogs and manuals.
Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
Willing to live and work in isolated drilling camps; valid Saudi or international driving license.

Responsibilities

Operate, service and maintain diesel-electric rig components with focus on Top Drive systems.
Minimize rig downtime by applying drilling operations knowledge to decisions.
Support and supervise crew on the rig floor to ensure safe, efficient work.
Read, interpret and apply equipment manuals and parts catalogs.
Coordinate cross-craft support including welding, piping, crane operations as needed
