Job summary

Client of Eram Talent seeks a Rigless Drilling Operations Foreman to supervise and coordinate rigless drilling, completion and workover activities at onshore and offshore sites. You will ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of well programs in line with approved procedures, industry standards and Saudi Aramco requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, field training, and experience with BOP standards and contractor management.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in rigless drilling, well completion or workover operations.
• Experience supervising complex or critical wells, including deep, high-pressure, sour-gas, or highly deviated wells.
• Strong knowledge of well-site safety, BOP requirements, drilling/workover procedures, and contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise rigless drilling well completion and workover operations at remote onshore and offshore locations.
• Ensure all operations are performed safely and in accordance with approved well programs, SOPs, industry best practices and HSE standards.
• Coordinate contractors, well services, equipment, materials, logistics, transportation and site support.
• Ensure compliance with BOP standards, equipment testing requirements and emergency response procedures.
• Monitor progress, materials, equipment, service-company activities and costs; maintain daily reports.
• Ensure contractor compliance with contractual requirements, personnel competency and equipment specifications.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational improvement without compromising safety or well objectives.
• Provide field guidance and on-the-job training to less experienced personnel.

The Rigless Drilling Operations Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating rigless drilling well completion and workover activities at onshore and offshore well sites The role ensures safe efficient and timely execution of well programs in accordance with approved procedures industry standards and Saudi Aramco requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise rigless drilling well completion and workover operations at remote onshore and offshore well locations
• Ensure all operations are performed safely and in accordance with approved well programs SOPs industry best practices and HSE standards
• Coordinate contractors well services equipment materials logistics transportation and site support required for operations
• Ensure compliance with Blowout Prevention BOP standards equipment testing requirements and emergency response procedures
• Monitor operational progress materials equipment service-company activities and associated costs maintain accurate daily reports
• Ensure contractor compliance with contractual requirements personnel competency and equipment specifications
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational improvement without compromising safety or well objectives
• Provide field guidance and on-the-job training to less experienced personnel

Experience

• Proven experience in rigless drilling, well completion, or well workover operations .
• Experience supervising complex or critical wells, including deep, high-pressure, sour-gas, or highly deviated wells.
• Strong knowledge of well-site safety, BOP requirements, drilling/workover procedures, and contractor management.
• Experience working with Saudi Aramco standards and procedures is highly preferred.
• Willingness to work on a 28-days-on/28-days-off rotational schedule at remote onshore/offshore locations.
