Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Drilling Engineer to join our client in Saudi Arabia, a leading Oil & Gas operator. You will design and execute drilling programs, optimize performance, and ensure safety and environmental standards on challenging projects.

You will collaborate with geologists, reservoir engineers and field teams to develop innovative solutions, oversee drilling activities, and provide technical guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years of drilling engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of drilling technologies and equipment.
• Proficiency in drilling software and data interpretation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to reside in Saudi Arabia and travel to field locations as needed.
