Eram Talent seeks a highly proactive HSE Coordinator (Rig / Non-Rig) to champion health, safety and environmental initiatives across field drilling operations and support facilities in Saudi Arabia. Implement safety frameworks, ensure compliance and foster a zero-incident culture on rigs, yards and offices.

The role requires a Bachelor's or higher diploma in OHS, 5–7 years HSE experience in oil & gas, 2+ years on Aramco-approved projects, and mandatory NEBOSH IGC plus Aramco HSE Approval/WPR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• 5–7 years of hands-on HSE experience in oil & gas drilling.
• 2+ years on Aramco-approved projects or rigs.
• Mandatory NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC).
• Mandatory Saudi Aramco HSE Approval / WPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Enforce company HSE policies and Life-Saving Rules on rigs and facilities.
• Lead safety inductions, toolbox talks, and JSA/JHA sessions.
• Manage PTW and LOTO processes on rig floors and sites.
• Organize emergency drills and maintain HSE dashboards.
