Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience of no less than 5 years in operations management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, food safety, and quality standards.
• Proven ability to supervise multiple branches and develop staff.
• Excellent problem-solving and crisis management capabilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration with HR, procurement, finance and quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and monitor daily performance.
• Monitor product quality, food safety, and cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory, waste, and operating costs.
• Follow up on employees’ performance, evaluate them, and develop them.
• Handle customer complaints and operational issues.
• Monitor sales and improve the level of service.
• Ensure that the company’s policies and procedures are implemented.
• Prepare operational reports and submit them to management.
• Coordinate with Human Resources, Procurement, Finance, and Quality.
• Develop plans to improve and enhance operational performance.
• Manage crises and operational problems and take the appropriate actions to ensure business continuity.
• Develop and improve operating procedures in a way that helps increase efficiency, reduce costs, and boost profitability.
