Job summary

AECOM is seeking a seasoned Requirements Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to lead complex systems engineering programs across infrastructure, rail, metro, and transportation projects. The role emphasizes traceability from stakeholder objectives to verification and delivery, while coordinating cross-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.

The position requires at least 12 years of experience, including leadership, with INCOSE CSEP, IREB, or PMP certifications highly desirable.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field.
A relevant master's degree is preferred.
At least 12 years of progressive experience in requirements management, systems engineering, or complex project delivery, with leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements management and systems engineering activities across infrastructure and transportation programs.
Coordinate interfaces across systems, subsystems, disciplines, contractors, and delivery teams.
Maintain traceability from stakeholder needs through design, verification, and acceptance.
Establish structured approaches for capturing, analyzing, documenting, allocating, and maintaining requirements.
Mentor team members and strengthen requirements management capability.
