The Requirements Manager will establish technical discipline around how project requirements are interpreted, structured, allocated, controlled, and coordinated throughout complex engineering programs. Leading engineers and technical specialists, the role will address multidisciplinary requirements issues, develop appropriate engineering approaches, and maintain alignment across internal teams and external stakeholders. Effective requirements leadership will reduce ambiguity, control technical change, strengthen verification, and help ensure delivered systems satisfy their intended operational and project objectives.
Candidates should hold a bachelor 's degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline. A relevant master 's degree is preferred. The position requires at least 12 years of progressive experience across requirements management, systems engineering, or complex project delivery, including several years of leadership responsibility. Extensive exposure to major infrastructure, railway, metro, transportation, or engineering programs is particularly important. A strong candidate will understand requirements definition, decomposition, allocation, traceability, change control, verification, validation, and multidisciplinary technical coordination. The ability to work independently on complex engineering matters while directing technical teams is essential.
INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional certification is highly desirable. IREB or an equivalent Requirements Engineering qualification is also valuable, while PMP certification provides an additional advantage.
