AECOM Middle East Ltd is seeking a Rail Systems Engineering Manager - Assurance in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This senior role focuses on leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated railway systems, RAMS, and assurance across major rail programs.

The ideal candidate will have 18+ years in rail systems engineering, strong experience with signalling, telecoms, SCADA, and EN50126/28/29, and the ability to guide technical decisions with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
18+ years in progressive rail systems/engineering roles
Deep knowledge of signalling, telecoms, SCADA, AFC, PSD, and rail architectures
Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams on major rail projects

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary engineers and technicians on railway systems engineering activities.
Oversee complex assignments across major rail infrastructure programs.
Establish technical approaches, scopes, and investigation strategies for challenging system issues.
Direct requirements management to maintain traceability from stakeholder needs to design outputs.
Manage interfaces between railway subsystems and external stakeholders.
Oversee RAMS activities throughout the systems engineering lifecycle.
Guide systems assurance processes and ensure engineering evidence supports safety and compliance.
