Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Project Manager - Complex Projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for a Civil Engineering role responsible for managing highly complex projects across the complete delivery lifecycle.

The position involves oversight from project initiation through closeout, management of multidisciplinary services and regulatory approvals, and leadership of other Project Managers within demanding project environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more highly complex projects.
• Direct project activities throughout the full lifecycle, from initiation through final closeout.
• Coordinate projects involving a broad spectrum of services.
• Manage assignments involving clients with a national geographic footprint.
• Oversee projects with complex requirements that may include litigation, environmental protection, or due diligence considerations.
• Maintain overall coordination and control across project phases.
• Exercise project authority for consenting and regulatory approvals.
• Manage and provide leadership to other Project Managers.
• Coordinate project requirements across relevant teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain focus on effective project delivery through completion and closeout.
