Job summary

AECOM is seeking a seasoned project manager to lead complex programs in our Transportation business line, based on-site in Riyadh. The role involves overseeing projects with national scope and ensuring delivery across all phases from initiation to close-out.

The successful candidate will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, manage regulatory approvals, and handle projects with potential litigation, environmental protections, and due diligence requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manages one or more very complex project, involving a combination of the following:
• Clients with a national geographic footprint; OR,
• Projects involving a full spectrum of services offered by IE; OR,
• Other complexities, such as projects that involve litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, etc.
• Manages all phases of projects (from beginning to close out).
• Has consenting and regulatory authority for approvals.
• Manages other Project Managers.
