Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• Minimum 10 years on large-scale infrastructure or city development projects.
• Proven experience with contractors' progress payments and water/wastewater construction.
• Experience working internationally.

Responsibilities

• Study drawings and specifications to calculate quantities, costs, labour and time.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Perform cost analysis for variations and claims; advise on disputes.
• Prepare budget projections and regular cost reports to management.
