Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for wastewater project packages in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. You will perform on‑site measurements, prepare quantity take‑offs, validate contractor quantities, and certify payments.

The role requires strong cost control, documentation, and coordination with engineers on active infrastructure sites. Ideal candidates have at least 7 years of direct construction experience, familiarity with CESMM4/POMI or similar standards, and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years direct construction experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience with wastewater networks, treatment plants, pumping stations, or wet infrastructure.
• MRICS or AIQS is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of CESMM4, POMI, or comparable measurement methods.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and post‑contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site measurements of wastewater works.
• Prepare take-offs from drawings, shop drawings, and field records.
• Validate contractor quantities against progress at site.
• Review monthly progress billings and certification documents.
• Prepare or verify interim payment certificates per contract.
• Coordinate with Resident Engineers and project teams.
• Use AutoCAD and Excel for calculations and records.
• Maintain audit-ready commercial records and logs.
