Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in large-scale infrastructure or city development projects.
• Experience in the construction of water and wastewater projects.
• Knowledge of professional project management processes and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience of working internationally.

Responsibilities

• Estimate costs, materials, labour and time for projects.
• Prepare life cycle cost plans and early cost advice for budgeting.
• Prepare tender documents and bills of quantities.
• Analyze variations, claims and contractual payments.
• Track budget changes and adjust forecasts accordingly.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects and engineers to resolve issues.
• Prepare and present reports on costs, variances and risks.
• Ensure compliance with Hill International policies.
