Hill International in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for road and infrastructure projects. This client‑side PM role covers cost estimates, bills of quantities, tender documents and cost forecasting to support milestones.

You will review subcontractor agreements, monitor costs, identify overruns and propose cost-saving measures. You will report progress to clients and stakeholders and ensure compliance with local regulations and contract conditions.

Qualifications

• At least ten years as a quantity surveyor with a road project focus.
• Degree in quantity surveying or construction management.
• Professional membership of a recognised institution (e.g., RICS).
• Willingness to travel.

Description du poste

Hill International is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for road and infrastructure work in Saudi Arabia, on an assignment running to the end of 2026 with the possibility of extension.
