The role requires a Bachelor's degree in QS/Construction Management, professional membership (RICS or equivalent), and strong leadership with travel across Saudi Arabia.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, focused on road projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Professional membership with a recognized institution (e.g., RICS or equivalent).
• Excellent knowledge of road construction techniques and industry practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of quantity surveyors, providing guidance and support.
• Prepare and review cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for road projects.
• Conduct detailed cost analysis and provide accurate cost forecasts.
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements, ensuring project requirements are met.
• Monitor and control project costs, identifying potential overruns and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting milestones and status.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders to resolve cost-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and contract conditions.
• Provide expert advice on cost-effective solutions for road infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
