Job summary

Hill International in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for road and infrastructure projects. This client‑side PM role covers cost estimates, bills of quantities, tender documents and cost forecasting to support milestones.

You will review subcontractor agreements, monitor costs, identify overruns and propose cost-saving measures. You will report progress to clients and stakeholders and ensure compliance with local regulations and contract conditions.

Qualifications

• At least ten years as a quantity surveyor with a road project focus.
• Degree in quantity surveying or construction management.
• Professional membership of a recognised institution (e.g., RICS).
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for road projects.
• Carry out detailed cost analysis and produce cost forecasts.
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements for compliance.
• Monitor and control project costs with actions to prevent overruns.
• Produce progress reports and act as cost point of contact for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards and contract conditions.
