Job summary

Tahaluf is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Portfolio 2 delivery teams in Riyadh. You will develop detailed project plans, break down events into pre-event, event, and post-event phases, coordinate with stakeholders, define scope, and set deadlines for milestones.

You will manage event features from concept to delivery, collaborate with operations and suppliers to elevate the attendee experience, and maintain risk logs with mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience managing mid–large scale trade exhibitions, conferences, sporting events or FMCG launches.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stakeholders including sponsors, exhibitors, clients and internal teams; define scope and deadlines.
• Oversee event features from concept to delivery (workshops, hubs, competitions, activations, roundtables).
• Identify risks and create contingency plans; monitor and adjust plans throughout the lifecycle.
• Act as central hub across marketing, logistics, technical and legal teams to align tasks and timelines.
• Secure venues and vendors; negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Establish regular status meetings and clear progress updates for all stakeholders.
• Conduct post-event reviews, summarize achievements and lessons learned, support future launches.
