Tahaluf is seeking an Operations Manager (Events) on a 9 month contract to lead the delivery of major Saudi Arabian events. Qualifications

• 5+ years of events or exhibition industry experience.
• Experience managing operations on multiple large events.
• Strong procurement knowledge and vendor coordination.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Proficient in project management software and budgeting.
• IOSH Managing Safety Certificate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for show teams on allocated shows.
• Forecast and achieve operational show budgets for events.
• Manage successful show management and technical delivery of physical and digital events.
• Produce and implement show project plans with timely tasks and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with H&S, Security & Sustainability guidelines.
• Implement SLAs for allocated events.
• Oversee production of the exhibitor manual.
• Coordinate with suppliers on design, production and signage.
• Coordinate registration areas and welcome experience with show teams.
• Compile post-event reports and KPI analyses.
• Monitor contractor performance with Procurement for remedial actions.
