Job summary

PROVEN is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead planning and delivery of large-scale live events and festivals in Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate shared spaces, crowd movement, dwell areas, and queueing to ensure safe, smooth visitor experiences and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in event PM, proven multi-season delivery, and strong stakeholder management across organizers, venues and contractors, delivering on time while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Event Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management within large-scale live events, festivals, or similar environments.
• Proven experience working across at least 2 live event seasons or cycles.
• Demonstrated expertise in planning shared spaces, circulation routes, dwell areas, and queueing systems.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders in complex event environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and coordination of shared spaces, pedestrian circulation, dwell areas, and queueing systems for large-scale live events and festivals.
• Develop and implement effective crowd movement and space utilization plans to support safe and efficient event operations.
• Coordinate with event organizers, venue teams, operational stakeholders, and relevant contractors.
• Oversee project schedules, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely execution.
• Identify potential operational challenges related to visitor flow and develop practical solutions.
• Support event readiness assessments, operational planning, and on-site implementation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with event requirements, operational standards, and stakeholder expectations.
