Tahaluf, a leading event organiser in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery of high-profile events, including LIONS Riyadh. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure milestone achievement across Content, Marketing, Commercial, Partnerships, Creative and Operations.

Ideal candidates will have degree-level education, strong project governance experience, and fluency in English. Arabic is highly desirable.

Formación

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Significant experience in project management supporting mid-to-large scale events, Festivals, conferences, brand activations or major launches.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables at different stages of the project lifecycle.
• Experience evaluating and managing inter-departmental processes, milestones and dependencies.
• Strong experience in risk identification, mitigation and escalation.
• Proficient in project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, Airtable or equivalent.
• Speaks and writes clearly and fluently in English; Arabic is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inter-departmental processes, milestones and risks across multiple teams.
• Coordinate project management systems and procedures to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain the integrated LIONS Riyadh master project plan across all workstreams.
• Track dependencies to prevent delays and ensure milestones.
• Lead governance, reporting and decision-making processes with stakeholders.
• Provide on-site coordination and leadership for event delivery and production teams.
• Prepare clear status reports for senior stakeholders and leadership groups.
