Job summary

Tahaluf is seeking an Operations Manager to join Portfolio 3 in Riyadh and help deliver large-scale events. You will lead operational delivery, manage budgets, and coordinate with show teams to ensure high standards across physical and digital experiences.

The 9-month contract role requires strong Arabic and English communication, cross-time-zone collaboration across the EMEA region, and a proven track record in events operations and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Strong and effective verbal and written skills in Arabic and English.
• 5 years of events or exhibition industry experience or similar.
• Must have independently and successfully managed operations on multiple large events to a consistently high standard.
• Experience of managing, supporting & developing multiple line reports simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Be the key point of contact for the show teams and internal/external stakeholders.
• Forecasting and delivering operational budgets for allocated events.
• Lead operational delivery of multiple events including both physical and digital components.
• Develop and implement show project plans with timely tasks and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with H&S, Security and Sustainability guidelines.
