Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Project Controls Manager for a major Roads and Highways project in Riyadh. You will plan, schedule, cost-control, monitor progress, manage risks, and report to the Client, Project Director, and senior management.

You will lead the controls team, collaborate with clients, contractors, designers, and supervision teams to identify risks and implement corrective actions, ensuring project objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/construction/engineering management or related field required.
• Master's degree is an advantage for senior roles.
• PMP/PSP or similar scheduling certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, cost control, and reporting for a major roads/highways project.
• Lead project controls team and coordinate with client, contractors, and designers.
• Develop and maintain master schedule with Primavera P6; monitor critical path and risks.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and regular progress reporting to management and client.
• Assess EOT submissions, cost trends, and value engineering opportunities.
• Support variations, claims, and change management across stakeholders.
