Job summary

WSP Global Inc. in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead all commercial, contractual, and financial aspects of a major Roads & Highways project.

You will ensure cost control, risk management, and strict adherence to contract terms throughout the project lifecycle. This senior role requires 15+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure, strong leadership, and Middle East exposure, with solid knowledge of FIDIC contracts and experience working with international

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in commercial or contract management in construction
• Experience on large-scale Roads & Highways infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and claims management
• Middle East project experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all commercial and contractual activities for the Roads & Highways project
• Administer contracts per FIDIC and client requirements
• Oversee cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
• Manage variations, claims, change control, and final accounts
• Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks
• Support procurement strategies, subcontractor negotiations, and contract awards
• Prepare and review commercial reports, payment applications, and financial statements
• Provide strategic commercial advice to the Project Director and senior management
• Ensure compliance with WSP policies and local regulations
• Mentor commercial and quantity surveying staff
