Job summary

WSP is seeking a highly experienced Senior Road Engineer for our Riyadh office. The role requires at least 15 years in road engineering with a proven track record in site supervision for major road, tunnel, highway and bridge projects.

You will lead design, supervision, and delivery of road infrastructure, manage budgets and schedules, and collaborate with clients, regulators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety, quality, and innovation across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of road engineering experience, with site supervision.
• Professional engineering license or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of road design, construction, and maintenance standards.
• Proficiency in CAD and road engineering analysis tools.
• Fluent English; Arabic language skills would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and development of road infrastructure projects.
• Provide site supervision, quality assurance, and safety oversight.
• Develop traffic management plans and safety measures.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and reports.
