The role focuses on ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and safety standards, while coordinating with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in civil engineering.
• Minimum 10 years in construction supervision of major roads and highways projects.
• Proven experience on large-scale transportation infrastructure projects in the Middle East.
• Supervisory experience on highway construction, pavement works, interchanges, bridges and utilities.
• Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts and construction administration processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil construction activities for roads, highways, interchanges and related infrastructure.
• Review contractor work methods, schedules, shop drawings and material submittals.
• Monitor progress and identify risks, delays or issues affecting delivery.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, contract requirements and standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and site inspectors; coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
