Job summary

WSP in the Middle East is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager for a major Roads and Highways project in Riyadh. You will lead the project controls team, oversee planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and reporting to the Client, Project Director, and senior management.

Responsibilities include managing Primavera P6 schedules, EVM, dashboards, and stakeholder communications. 15+ years of infra project controls experience, GCC/KSA familiarity, and strong leadership are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• PMP/PSP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, cost control, and forecast for major infrastructure project.
• Lead project controls team; monitor performance and risks; provide reports to client and management.
• Manage schedules using Primavera P6; review contractor baselines and recovery plans.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and executive reports; support change control and claims assessments.
