WSP is seeking a Project Controls Manager for a major Roads and Highways project in Riyadh. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and reporting to ensure project objectives are met through robust controls and timely updates to the Client, Project Director, and senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/related field.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• PMP, PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional) or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, cost control, and monitor project performance.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for Client and management.
• Coordinate risk reviews and mitigation measures.
• Manage stakeholder communications and project controls team.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and EVM practices.
