Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline required.
• Minimum 12 years progressive project controls experience.
• Previous supervisory or management responsibility required.
• Experience on major metro/rail infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and PMIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, cost analysis, progress measurement, forecasting, reporting, and change control.
• Establish and maintain the integrated project baseline against scope, milestones, budget, and delivery requirements.
• Oversee detailed schedules including design, procurement, construction, interfaces, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Monitor critical and near-critical paths and identify threats to milestones.
• Develop reliable forecasts for completion, cost performance, and milestones.
