Job summary

Parsons Corporation seeks a Senior Civil Engineer - Project Controls in Riyadh to lead project controls across housing and real estate programs. You will oversee cost control, schedule analysis, forecasting, reporting, and WBS development, interfacing with clients and internal teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

You should have a civil engineering background, 8+ years of related experience, and strong proficiency in project controls software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Saudi National candidate is required.
• Minimum 8 years of total related work experience.
• At least 3 years on housing-related projects or real estate developments.
• Strong experience in project controls, schedule reporting, cost control, forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on resolving complex project controls issues for housing and real estate projects.
• Interface with clients, attend meetings, and prepare statistical reports for management.
• Provide reliable tools and information for cost and schedule control and performance monitoring.
• Develop and maintain the Work Breakdown Structure with stakeholders.
• Analyze, forecast, and report schedule status against baselines.
