Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to lead planning, scheduling, and cost control for complex engineering projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role supervises a team of controls professionals, oversees contractor schedules, and delivers progress reports and dashboards.

Required are 20+ years in planning, strong Primavera P6 skills, and EVMS experience. Fluency in English is essential for collaboration with project teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 20+ years of professional experience in planning and scheduling.
• Extensive experience with Primavera P6.
• Experience applying Earned Value Management for performance analysis.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and scheduling across engineering and construction projects.
• Review contractor schedules for compliance with requirements.
• Develop detailed schedules with resource and cost loading.
• Prepare activity-level schedules with resource and cost loading.
• Monitor schedule performance and critical milestones throughout execution.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and discipline leads to maintain scheduling information.
• Identify schedule delays and mitigation actions and communicate impacts.
• Provide schedule recovery planning and progress reporting to stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports and dashboards.
