Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced Project Controls Senior Manager / Lead in Riyadh to drive the planning, scheduling and cost analysis for complex multi-disciplinary projects. You will manage reports, oversee cost forecasting, and coordinate with clients and the FIDIC Engineer.

The role requires strong English communication, a solid engineering background, and familiarity with FIDIC contracts. This site-based position entails overseeing a specialized project controls team and ensuring adherence

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in construction projects with project controls management.
• Knowledge of FIDIC or equivalent contracts is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and execute all phases of project controls (planning, scheduling, cost analysis, document control).
• Provide guidance on complex project control problems and interface with clients.
• Prepare status, monthly and presentation reports on progress and milestones.
• Oversee site inspections and compare planned vs actual progress.
