Job summary

Parsons Corporation seeks a seasoned Project Controls Manager for infrastructure projects in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. You will lead cost control, scheduling, risk, reporting, earned value, and change control across mega programs, guiding a multidisciplinary team.

The role demands deep expertise with Primavera P6, risk analysis, and EVMS, plus strong leadership to align baselines with contracts and client expectations. This is a senior, on-site opportunity in a dynamic Middle East market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of project controls experience in construction/infrastructure/major capital projects.
• Experience on mega-projects valued at 1B+, ideally in Saudi Arabia or GCC.
• At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost control, planning, scheduling, estimating, reporting, risk, and performance analysis.
• Oversee schedules, baselines, budgets, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Ensure baselines align with contract requirements and project plans.
• Implement Earned Value Management and forecast EAC outcomes.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project controls reports for leadership and clients.
• Manage change control, including contract modifications and approval workflows.
