Job summary

Parsons in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Project Controls Senior Manager – Lead to drive planning, scheduling, cost analysis, progress measurement, reporting and document control for major infrastructure programs. The role requires leading a multidisciplinary project controls team and coordinating with the FIDIC Engineer and Client to ensure successful project delivery on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of construction project controls experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project controls teams.
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, cost analysis, progress monitoring, forecasting and reporting.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to provide project controls guidance on complex construction and infrastructure assignments.
• Experience with FIDIC or equivalent contracts is advantageous.
• Project Management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute project controls activities covering planning, scheduling, cost analysis, and document control management.
• Apply extensive project controls experience across different project and client environments to support effective project delivery.
• Provide specialized guidance to the FIDIC Engineer in resolving complex project controls matters.
• Interface with the Client, participate in regular meetings, and provide accurate statistical and performance information.
• Prepare project status reports and oversee the production of monthly progress reports.
• Develop presentations showing progress against interim and major project milestones.
• Manage regular site inspections to assess Contractor progress against schedules and evaluate performance.
• Lead a multidisciplinary technical team responsible for forecasting costs and schedule performance.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of project plans and schedules.
