Job summary

Parsons Corporation seeks an experienced Manager of Project Controls in Riyadh to lead cost, schedule, earned value, risk, and change control for major aviation and transportation programs. You will guide governance, reporting, dashboards, and performance forecasting, interfacing with clients and senior leaders.

The role requires supervising project controls staff, coordinating with design, construction, and finance teams, and delivering accurate cost and schedule insights to ensure project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of project controls, planning, scheduling, cost control, or program controls experience, preferably on airport or aviation infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing project controls teams across complex infrastructure programs.
• Strong understanding of project controls principles, cost forecasting, earned value management, schedule control, risk management, change control, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, management, and execution of project controls across aviation and transportation projects.
• Provide guidance on schedule, cost, risk, and forecasting issues.
• Interface with clients and lead regular project meetings with strategic recommendations.
• Develop and implement project controls procedures supporting schedule and cost control.
