KBR in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Deputy Controls Director to lead governance and reporting across major civil infrastructure programmes. You will implement project controls policies, manage PMIS tools (Unifier, Aconex, P6), and drive weekly/monthly dashboards and executive summaries.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years of post-graduate experience, PMP/PSP/CCP-type certifications, and fluency in English to liaise with clients and PMOs globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, architecture, construction management, planning, management information systems or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of post-graduation experience.
• PMI-PMP, AACE-CCP/PSP, MRICS/CIOB or equivalent certifications.
• Strong knowledge of project controls governance and reporting.
• English language fluency in writing and speaking.

Responsabilités

• Onboard and train PMCs on programme policies, processes, and PMIS.
• Maintain and update governance structures, reporting calendars, and RACI.
• Manage PMIS dashboards and data definitions across reports.
• Prepare monthly programme status and executive reports.
• Develop and maintain CBS/WBS mappings and cost control framework.
