KBR, Inc. in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks a Project Controls Manager to govern project controls policies and reporting for a major infrastructure programme.

You will lead onboarding, ensure data quality, and manage PMIS and BI dashboards across Unifier, P6, and Aconex. Reporting to the Project Controls Director, you will drive consistency in KPIs, RAG criteria, and executive dashboards while coordinating with the client and PMO teams to deliver timely programme status reports and corrective action

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, architecture, construction management, planning, MIS or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of post-graduation experience in project controls or related field.
• Professional PM/Cost/Planning certifications preferred (PMI/CCP/PSP, MRICS/CIOB).

Aufgaben

• Maintain and govern project controls policies, standards, and reporting procedures.
• Onboard PMCs and manage governance across reporting systems and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain IMS, WBS mapping, and CBS alignment.
• Prepare monthly programme status and KPI reports with action plans.
• Manage PMIS data quality, dashboards, and executive level reporting.
• Coordinate with PMO for stage gate reviews and audits.
• Provide training materials and client support for PMIS and DWH.
