Job summary

Eaton seeks a Senior Service Sales Specialist - Power Quality to drive service sales growth across Saudi Arabia by managing existing relationships and developing new opportunities within the Power Quality Services portfolio.

You will lead account strategies across industries such as Oil & Gas, Data Centers, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Banking and Utilities, collaborating with service, engineering, and operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in UPS, critical power, power quality, or related technical sales environments.
• Proven experience selling UPS-related services, maintenance contracts, upgrades, battery solutions, modernization projects, or power quality solutions.
• Experience working with major end users and key accounts within Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of Power Quality Services revenue by maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Develop and execute account strategies for key customers across industries.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and end users across the value chain.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maximizing value from existing accounts.
• Collaborate with service, engineering, and operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Conduct regular customer visits across Saudi Arabia and maintain a strong presence in strategic markets.
• Support customers with service recommendations, lifecycle management strategies, and replacement planning for critical power infrastructure.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual business growth objectives across the KSA territory.
