AtkinsRéalis in AlUla, KSA, seeks a Senior Project Manager (Mixed Use) to lead development studies, oversee consultants, and ensure delivery from planning through design governance in a dynamic heritage-influenced environment.

The role demands 15+ years in project management for mixed-use assets, a bachelor in engineering or urban planning, and PMP; MBA is a plus. You will coordinate budgets, risk, stakeholders, and governance while upholding safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or urban planning.
• 15+ years PM experience in mixed-use assets.
• PMP certification and MBA are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop project strategies and feasibility reports for development options.
• Coordinate PMC resources and oversee client-appointed consultants (SMEs, LDC, CC).
• Manage budgets and ensure design development stays within financial constraints.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies across the project lifecycle.
• Maintain stakeholder communication with client and authorities and ensure governance compliance.
