Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Project Manager for AlUla, KSA, to lead development, manage consultants, and drive governance and safety compliance on mixed-use assets. The role demands strategic oversight, proactive leadership, and executive reporting to the client.

You will coordinate teams, oversee budgets, manage procurement, and ensure delivery aligns with the client’s development strategy and regulatory requirements. A strong track record in pre-contract stages is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or urban planning required.
• PMP certification and MBA are advantageous.
• 15+ years of project management experience in mixed-use assets.
• Experience at pre-contract stage.
• Knowledge of governance, regulations, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop the project strategy and feasibility reports.
• Coordinate PMC resources and oversee consultants.
• Manage budgets within constraints and control design costs.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain stakeholder communications with authorities and client teams.
• Ensure governance and safety standards compliance.
• Monitor quality and report progress to stakeholders.
• Lead procurement strategies and tender processes.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and resources.
