AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Project Manager for AlUla, KSA, to lead development stage oversight and manage consultants. The role focuses on SME business case feasibility, governance, risk, stakeholder engagement, and reporting to the client, with heritage and restoration projects in mind.

You will coordinate teams, manage budgets, monitor progress, ensure QA, and deliver executive presentations. Candidates should have 15+ years in pre-contract PM for mixed-use assets, PMP/MBA preferred, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or urban planning.
• PMP certification is advantageous.
• MBA is advantageous for leadership and strategic oversight.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Client Development Director and coordinate PMC resources.
• Oversee consultants and ensure budget compliance.
• Manage risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain stakeholder communication and reporting to governance bodies.
• Ensure quality assurance and progress tracking across the project lifecycle.
• Lead procurement strategies and tender processes for consultancy and construction.
