Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or urban planning required.
• 15+ years in project management for mixed-use assets.
• In-depth knowledge of mixed-use assets, regulations, best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop project development strategy and feasibility reports.

• Maintain clear stakeholder communication and governance compliance.
• Ensure quality assurance of all deliverables.
• Track progress and report status to stakeholders.
• Support procurement strategies and tender processes.
• Manage changes in scope, schedule, or resources.
