Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex mixed-use developments from AlUla and oversee Client-appointed consultants. You will guide project development strategy, feasibility, budgeting, and stakeholder reporting, ensuring governance and safety standards are met.

Ideal candidate has 15+ years in project management for mixed-use assets, with a degree in engineering or urban planning and PMP/MBA considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or urban planning is required.
• PMP in project management and MBA are advantageous.
• 15+ years of project management experience in mixed-use assets.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Client Development Director and coordinate PMC resources for the project.
• Oversee consultants such as SMEs, Lead Design Consultants, and Cost Consultants.
• Ensure budgets are established and the design remains within financial constraints.
• Identify and mitigate risks across the project lifecycle.
• Maintain clear stakeholder communication and governance compliance.
• Monitor quality, track progress, and produce status reports for stakeholders.
• Produce procurement strategies and manage tender documents.
• Manage scope changes with proper documentation and communication.
