Atkins Realis Group in AlUla, KSA seeks a Senior Planning Engineer to lead project scheduling for high-profile mixed-use developments, hospitality destinations, and cultural assets across the Middle East. You will develop, maintain, and monitor schedules while delivering schedule performance analysis across all project phases.

The role requires coordinating with designers, PMCs, and contractors, preparing progress reports, and supporting project controls to ensure feasibility and alignment with

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management and/or civil engineering.
• Membership or chartership from a construction-related professional body.
• Approximately 15 years of experience with heritage/hotels/master planning/museum/cultural projects.
• Regional experience in the Middle East is preferred, with 5+ years in the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop initial baseline schedules with limited project information.
• Prepare and manage overview and strategic programmes including design, procurement and construction schedules.
• Coordinate master planning, engineering, procurement and construction schedules.
• Establish reporting procedures and present monthly progress.
• Develop dashboards and monitor actual progress against plans.
• Review schedules and related documents for compliance with project objectives.
• Monitor schedule trends and advise on corrective actions.
• Interface daily with designers, PMCs, main contractors and management.
