Job summary

Bechtel Riyadh is seeking an experienced Scheduling Lead to manage the full planning lifecycle for Expo 2030 Riyadh infrastructure programs. You will lead a team to identify schedule trends, analyze data for innovative solutions, and ensure on-time schedule updates and comprehensive reporting.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-disciplinary coordination, and mastery of Primavera P6, MS Project, and Power BI, with robust experience in large mega-project contexts in the KSA/GCC region.

Qualifications

• BSc in Engineering with 25 years of experience in mega projects delivery.
• 20 years in project planning and scheduling in large company.

Responsibilities

• Prepares detailed staffing plans for planning and scheduling activities and analyzes schedule impacts.
• Makes recommendations on action plans to mitigate schedule risks and schedule GAP analysis.
• Maintains, improves, integrates, and updates the main project schedule.
• Organizes work scope for all workstreams within the total project plan.
