Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a senior scheduling professional to support Expo 2030 Riyadh. You will help prepare, establish, and maintain schedule data for proposals or contracts, develop work breakdown structures, and analyze critical paths to drive on-time delivery of infrastructure milestones.

The role requires extensive experience in planning and scheduling on major projects, PMO/PMC exposure, and strong communication with management and clients. Based in Riyadh, with full-time on-site expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline.
• Approximately 12 years of planning and scheduling experience on major infrastructure projects.
• Experience in PMO/PMC or major-project delivery; in KSA or ME preferred.
• Experience coordinating multi-contractor schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assists in preparation of schedule data for proposals or contracts.
• Establishes and maintains the schedule for a specific discipline.
• Performs schedule development including WBS and activity durations.
• Monitors schedules, identifies critical activities, updates reports.
• Supports maintenance of critical path schedule reports and metrics.
• Reviews contractors’ baseline schedules against requirements.
• Prepares consolidated schedule review comments for approval.
• Reviews contractors’ updates and recovery actions.
