Job summary

Parsons Corporation in Riyadh seeks a Planning Manager - Project Scheduling to lead the development and maintenance of complex, resource-loaded project schedules for luxury developments. You will drive integration across design, procurement, and construction with strong focus on critical path and schedule recovery.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of scheduling leadership, Primavera P6 mastery, and a track record of coordinating multidisciplinary teams on mega projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or management field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of planning and scheduling experience on large programs.
• Proven ability to review contractor/consultant schedules and manage interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive project schedules for complex design and construction activities.
• Produce resource-loaded programs with cross-disciplinary dependencies and integrated planning.
• Develop baseline, target, recovery, and updated schedules per planning procedures.
• Ensure scheduling activities align with the Schedule Management Plan and project controls.
• Monitor progress of consultants/contractors and identify deviations; implement mitigations.
• Coordinate with teams to reflect recovery actions in updated schedules.
• Perform weekly/monthly schedule updates as design, procurement, and construction progress.
