Job summary

Parsons Corporation in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to lead project scheduling across large infrastructure programs. You will develop and maintain CPM schedules, manage critical paths, and coordinate with project teams to align milestones and resources.

You will require a minimum of 10 years of planning and scheduling experience in construction, with strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI, and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years experience in planning and scheduling within construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project controls and scheduling methodologies.
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or supervision projects.
• Ability to manage complex timelines and multiple project phases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using critical path method and planning tools
• Analyze project progress against baseline schedules and identify variances
• Evaluate impact of design changes, construction changes, and delays on timelines
• Prepare schedule reports, forecasts, and performance updates for stakeholders
• Maintain logic networks, coding structures, and planning data accuracy
• Customize planning systems including dashboards and reporting formats
• Collect and analyze productivity and performance data for forecasting
• Support resolution of planning and scheduling challenges across projects
• Supervise junior planning staff and provide performance input
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment on schedule objectives
