Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer / Senior Planning Engineer to support the delivery of major high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality, and large-scale building developments in Madinah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role requires extensive experience in managing complex construction schedules and coordinating with clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
15–20 years of professional planning and project controls experience.
Minimum 10 years of planning on major building construction projects.
Primavera P6 certification or equivalent; PMP a plus.

Responsibilities

Review baseline schedules for compliance with contracts and milestones.
Develop and review master programmes, detailed schedules, and procurement timelines.
Monitor progress, identify deviations, and prepare schedule performance analyses.
Lead EOT reviews and planning-related contractual assessments.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and client representatives.
