Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Planning Engineer with a strong background in infrastructure projects. You will lead project planning activities, develop detailed schedules, and drive schedule performance across stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and site teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in planning & controls, a Civil Engineering degree, PMP certification, and proven Saudi Arabia project experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of planning and controls experience on infrastructure projects.
• Saudi Arabia experience on large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
• Degree in Civil Engineering and PMP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Create resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules aligned with budgets and manpower planning.
• Track progress with S-curves, histograms, and KPIs; report deviations with recovery plans.
